The challenges involved in managing a large programme are more than simply a scaled up version of those in a single project. Subtle and complex relationships will exist between each of the projects, which can de-stabilise even a well planned programme unless they are identified and managed.We

client's own experience and our aim where possible is to enable clients to learn the
skills necessary to manage future programmes themselves.

see our role therefore as teachers and mentors, as well as being part of the
decision-making and management team. Our

all risk-bearing programmes by establishing a seamless relationship between the
consultants and client management throughout the life of the programme.
