The Programme Support Office is the programme's engine room. It supports the Programme Executive by ensuring the following key services are provided:

Control and monitoring of plans, budgets, documentation, resources, changes, issues and risks management
Reviews and re-forecasts of plans and impact analysis of changes
Analysis of exception conditions and provision of timely information to the Programme Executive
Administration of regular status reporting meetings
Production and circulation of standard and ad hoc reports
Provision and maintenance of a central repository for all programme documentation

The Programme Support Office can also be used as the centre of excellence for advice on common standards and working practices for project management, as well as a source of expertise for training and skills transfer. 

We can offer a full range of support to meet the developing needs of a company, from guidance and assistance on the design and set up of your own Programme Support Office, to a bespoke fully managed service based either on site or remotely using the Internet.  Where possible we build on an organisation's existing in-house expertise to provide the service and ensure long term continuity of the function.
